Delete Your Masterbook Account

Masterbook is a film production app for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and web. If you would like to request deletion of your account and associated data, follow the steps below. All requests are handled by the Masterbook developer.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to our support address

   Email support@davinese.com from the address associated with your Masterbook account.

2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

   This helps us route your request immediately and begin processing it.

3. Include your account email in the message body

   Confirm the email address tied to your Masterbook account so we can locate and delete the correct record.

4. We will confirm deletion within 30 days

   You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

What data is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account credentials and profile
• All productions you own, including their scenes, shots, breakdowns, call sheets, schedules, and cast and crew data
• All contacts, assets, tasks, events, and files you created within those productions
• Your membership in any shared productions (your access is removed)

Retention periods

Data that is kept

If you were a member of a production owned by someone else, the production and its data remain. Only your access and any data you personally own are removed. Anonymized, non-identifiable usage analytics are not deleted as they cannot be linked back to any individual account.
